Mr. LeBoeuf co-founded Elliott, LeBoeuf & Associates in 1999 and is the Vice President.  Although he has been the Structural Engineer for a wide variety of building projects, he specializes in planning and designing fire and police training centers and training props.  His specialized experience includes burn buildings (new and renovations), training towers, driver training courses (EVOC), drafting pits, trench rescue props, confined space props, LP fire training systems (gas props), vehicle extrication areas, Hazmat training areas, and other training props.

Facility expansion that includes expansion of admin./classroom building, new fire training structure, and new high bay training structure

·  State of Connecticut – Master plan for eight Regional Fire Training Centers, to include classrooms, offices, burn buildings, towers, LP training props, other site props, and site work.

·  Egyptian Navy – new naval vessel fire training simulator in Alexandria, Egypt (procured through U.S. Government).

·  Ohio State Fire Academy – New custom burn building using both Class A fuels & LP props.
