Sustainable
design is a critical element to cultural heritage
projects. With a desire for cultural structures to
remain in our community for generations, we provide critical
skills to the design team to this end. Sustainable
design enters into adaptive reuse projects, historical
renovations, and new construction for which the design
utilizes recycled materials and other environmentally
conscious systems.
The
list below primarily consists of adaptive reuse projects, with
construction costs ranging up to $40 M.
