Doug
Elliott is particularly interested in
historic buildings.
Growing out of his hobby-like
interest, we have developed
considerable expertise in the field of
historical renovations.
We
are currently the structural engineers for the
historical renovation to the Library of Congress, the Stabler-Leadbeater Apothecary
Museum in Alexandria, Virginia, and several projects at the
historical Potomac Annex (Old Naval Observatory). A short list of our additional
experience is below, all of which included site
survey and Contract Documents for
historical renovations (construction
costs typically between to $5 M and
$10 M).
