From I-495 inner loop (Beltway) and Braddock Road:

• Exit onto Braddock Road West.

• Move quickly into left lane.

• At 1^st light, turn left onto Port Royal Road.

• At 1^st street, turn right onto Forbes Place (at NTB).

• Our building is on the left at the cul-de-sac at
  8001 Forbes Place.

From I-495 outler loop (Beltway) and Braddock Road:

• Exit onto Braddock Road West.

• Once you take the split in the exit ramp to exit toward Braddock Road West instead of Braddock Road East, stay in the left lane for the remaining length of exit ramp.

• Take the left fork at the end of the exit ramp, which will have you face a traffic light, with Braddock Road crossing you from left to right.

• Proceed straight through the traffic light (do not turn onto Braddock Road), which will put you on Port Royal Road.

• At 1^st street, turn right onto Forbes Place (at NTB).

• Our building is on the left at the cul-de-sac at
  8001 Forbes Place.
